I am the nexus between the development and business areas, providing expertise to determine the best way to respond to customers’ needs and to optimize the creation of portals.Some of my day-to-day activities are:- Examining portal creation and modification requests for feasibility and optimization.- Understanding the clients’ business needs and working with consultants and account managers to implement Avature’s solutions, advising them on the possibilities of the platform and how to effectively communicate requests.- Collaborating with the Sales Engineering and Product teams to offer clients viable solutions to their specific needs.- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the portal creation process.- Working with the templates development team and the QA team to ensure portals are well-designed and bug-free.- Answering inquiries and spreading knowledge of current, new and possible functionalities internally.- Organizing my workflow by assigning the adequate priority to requests for the creation or modification of portals.
