With a career dedicated to enhancing wellbeing, I have specialised in wellness coaching, lifestyle mentoring and movement therapy. A specific focus has developed around supporting special populations, including children and teens facing mental health challenges, and individuals with physical rehabilitation needs that have heavily affected their day to day living. Since 2018, my mission has been to offer stability and guidance, improving both physical and psychosocial health. Since completing an MSc in psychology I plan to shift my focus into hand on research and administrating of real time psychological, behavioural and physiological tools that can improve a persons living and connection with themselves. Managing complex conditions such as cardiovascular repair and Parkinson's disease, working with teens with deep social anxieties and social issues have built a strong foundation of communication skills, empathy and adaptability , whilst leveraging business ownership and management with my organisational skills. Within this niche, we've cultivated a unique approach that intertwines therapeutic massage and personalized rehabilitation strategies, and wellness coaching fostering resilience and recovery in the face of adversity.
