This initiative was born out of the necessity to empower operators by demystifying the complexities of managing diverse channels and menus, a challenge exacerbated by a lack of internal expertise to significantly advance our technological capabilities. Project ongoing.JUL to DEC - Pothole RepairFor the project with PotholeRepair.com, the initiative focused on leveraging high-resolution satellite imagery to identify potential clients by detecting parking lots across the United States, aiming to optimize the sales team's efforts. The team manually annotated images to train models for semantic and instance segmentation, achieving significant accuracy in identifying parking lots. This technology not only streamlined the client acquisition process by integrating potential leads into the CRM but also set the stage for automating the entire workflow, enhancing operational efficiency and expanding business outreach.After understanding the requirement, I put together a group of AI specialists from different IT companies for the project. Our model achieved a detection of 91%. From this prototype-level evaluation, the client made the decision to move forward with the development to automate the entire workflow.
