Subject: Lean Design of the Sales Process - Controlling & standardization as a key for efficient customer opportunity management​ of logistic services

During my internship at Arvato SCM Solutions my main tasks were:- Creation of a "product library", which serves as a repertoire for customer-specific concept creation in solution design - Collecting, evaluating and sorting film material - Elaboration of the components and contents - Foil design/ adaptation of the corporate layout- Support in the preparation of quotation documents consisting of a customer concept and pricing for customers from the telecommunications and IoT environment- Creation of a concept including a screenplay and a script for a Lego Movie / an image video about Arvato SCM Telecommunication- Identification and research of potential new customers and markets, as well as preparation of customer qualification in the existing market, as well as potential new markets- Preparation of a data analysis for freight and resulting savings for customers- Research work in various subject areas such as IoT, start-ups, blockchain, smart home, etc.- General creation and updating of presentations- office management
