My career has taken me on a diverse and enriching journey, shaped by experiences across various industries. Attending and completing three summers with Camp America made me realize that I had chosen the wrong path of studies at university. It was through this experience that I discovered my passion for teaching and working with students. With the challenge of retraining as a teacher, I found immense joy in imparting knowledge and fostering growth in others. Guiding students through their educational journeys was deeply fulfilling, teaching me invaluable lessons in patience, communication, and adaptability.Reflecting on my situation at the time, I decided to transition into construction, taking on more hands-on roles allowed me to apply my problem-solving skills in a tangible way. Overseeing projects and collaborating with diverse teams taught me the importance of precision, planning, and teamwork in achieving successful outcomes. The hands-on experience in construction refined my ability to manage complex tasks under pressure and see projects through from inception to completion. Working alongside various trades and individuals gave me a profound appreciation for the saying, "Many hands make light work."After countless miles spent traveling from project site to project site, an opportunity arose in 2022 to move in a new direction, which positively changed my personal life. Entering the world of financial technology and joining epay opened my eyes to a wide array of complex solutions and business sectors that many people take for granted.
