In my current role as Manager, I lead and provide disciplinary guidance to the RPA & AI team. I am responsible for the development and ongoing education of team members. My role also involves engaging in new client acquisition and actively expanding our business operations. Additionally, I focus on strengthening our partnership with Blue Prism. I manage standard project operations, which include the implementation of RPA and AI technologies, establishing Centers of Excellence, providing client training, and overseeing project management. Furthermore, I am accountable for planning and forecasting, ensuring our team's activities align with strategic business objectives.
