As the Manager of the Technical Standards Division in the QC department in Ubisoft Bucharest i am managing 9 specialized teams (~100 employees) that test Ubisoft titles according to internal requirements as well as 1st party Compliance Requirements.

As Lead of the Microsoft Compliance Team in Bucharest i am responsible for a team of 18 specialists that perform Compliance testing and validation on Ubisoft titles that are targeting the Xbox Platform.In charge of creating and improving team processes and test cases, establishing test strategies and resource allocation on multiple projects.

As Associate Lead to the Microsoft Compliance team i was in charge of supervising tests for multiple projects as well as helping implement and improve procedures and processes.As a good example of this i have introduced checklist testing as a method of creating a set of established inputs for compliance test cases which ensured consistency and easy tracking of testing progress.I am also in-charge of the technical knowledge level of the Microsoft Compliance team in Bucharest, in this capacity i am constantly going over White Papers and Microsoft Documentation and Forums to find information which will help my team better understand the interaction between our titles and the Xbox OS as well as RESTFUL APIs used by the title to engage with Xbox Live.

As Senior Compliance Specialist i continue to work as main contact on verification and validation tests of Compliance tests on Xbox 360. I was also in charge of validating compliance tests on the first Xbox One title from Ubisoft Assassin's Creed Black Flag. In this capacity i was sent to Microsoft Conferences on Xbox One Games in London, upon returning i was in charge of generating a new test suite that was centered on build verification tests for Xbox One.As a Senior Compliance Specialist i am constantly using tools such as: Fiddler, Xbox One manager as well as creating batch files to run command line tools from Microsoft.

In charge of Compliance testing on 19 different titles. Compliance testing in accordance to specific requirements and test cases from Microsoft. Specifically knowing and understanding the intent behind the guidelines set by Microsoft and advising development teams in implementing game flows that are compliant with said guidelines. Additionally i was in charge of performing verification and validation testing on build packaging which had to be done in accordance to specific guidance from Microsoft.

As Senior Game Tester i perform functional testing of several Ubisoft games and coordinate a group of testers to cover QC tasks as well as creating test reports for the tasks assigned to my group. I have tested titles such as: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Driver on multiple platforms. I am also in charge of training new Game Tester recruits on the project i was assigned to.
