HR Support team handles:- HR support/services to managers, employees and HR in Axis Sweden (2000+ employees)- HR Generalist support to HRPB and line managers in Sweden - Union relations in Sweden- Work environment in Sweden - Payroll, expenses, pension, insurances and benefits administration in Sweden- HR compliance (GDPR, SOX, ISO)HR Tech team handles:- Axis HR Technology agenda- Maintenance and development of Axis global HRIS / Master data system (Workday)- Global implementation projects of new HR functionality in Workday- Internal workflows supporting identity management and worker life cycle management

- HR business partner for regional sales operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa- Member of regional management teams- Manages full regional HR scope, including employee relations, labor code, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, retention, learning & development

Main area of responsibility was to, on a operational level, support line management in Axis five sales regions within the geographical area of Europe, Middle East and Africa. During this time there was a clear focus on the more emerging regions, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa and Northern Europe.

Main area of responsibility was HR administration and recruitment, supporting line management within the recruitment process, performing interviews and evaluating candidates. I was also responsible for our long term recruitment activities related to HR branding and student relations.
