Booking & Monitoring- Inbound and outbound shipments.- Local-, cross-border, and cross-trade haulage. - Primarily trucking, i.e. carrier haulage. Logistics Solutions- Daily contact with stakeholders and customers.- Arranging haulage, depots, customs and vet stops, lift-off/hook-off, etc.- General optimising working procedure and haulage.Pricing- Assisting with Inland haulage pricing.- Quoting carrier haulage to agents and customers.Equipment- Assisting equipment department.- Monitoring equipment balance and stockyards.- M&R.- Handling trucking suppliers container reuse.- Daily contact with HQ regarding M&R, empty position, off-hire and one-way containers, etc.

Inbound customer service- General customer service and monitoring for all service trade lanes.- Preparing necessary documents from manifest and collecting BL/LOI.- Issuing arrival notice, release order, and customs details.- Track and trace, cargo readiness, monitoring free time, checking customs status.Back-office- Issuing invoices for services, fees, freight, and local charges. - Managing supplier invoices.- Assisting finance department with collecting and disputes.Inbound cargo- Handling transshipment cargo from base port to Denmark.- Arranging loading lists.- Close and daily contact with stakeholders.- Cargo claims in association with the claim department.

Operation- Creating and monitoring bookings for export and cross-trade.- Booking allocation on mother vessels and feeders.- Creating container pick-ups and monitoring depots.- Applying for dangerous- and awkward cargo space under IMO regulations and inhouse policy.Customer service and relations- Proactive and immediate support for all clients. E.g. being agile and problem-solving towards unexpected events.- Building customer relations and enhancing customer experience through effective communication.- General customer service, tracking for all service trade lanes, issuing booking confirmations, etc.Export documentation- Primarily back-office tasks preparing forms to move goods efficiently in accordance with internal and local policies.- Handling documents, e.g.: LOI, BL, telex release, certificates, managing courier pick up/drop off, BL corrections, etc.- Closing and issuing freight and services depending on origin and terms.- Daily communication with GSC and agents worldwide to assist and ensure all relevant data has been collected from customers.
