Client Systems Management:- Entering and managing employee documentation in systems used by clients.- Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring compliance with client requirements.Administering Insurance for UK Employees:- Supervising insurance policies for employees based in the UK.- Managing the process of reporting and settling insurance claims.GWO Trainings coordinator :- Organizing and conducting GWO training for a group of over 500 employees across Europe.- Coordinating the logistics of training, including booking venues.

Office Maintenance:- Ensuring necessary supplies of office and promotional materials, including calendars and gadgets.- Maintaining order and organization in the office space.Invoicing and Financial Management:- Managing documentation related to project invoicing.- Supervising project budgets and cost control.Coordination and Internal Communication:- Maintaining constant contact and coordination between construction site employees and office staff.- Planning and organizing substitute work as needed.Project Documentation Management:- Preparing, organizing, and managing project-related documentation.- Keeping project documentation orderly and up-to-date.Professional Training:- Supervising the training calendar and employee participation.Human Resources Support:- Overseeing working hours, calculations, settlements, and employee delegations.- Supporting the HR department in human resource management.
