For as long as I can remember, I have been happiest when doing something creative. When I graduated High School in February of 2009, I made the intrepid decision to become an independent cartoonist. Six months later, seeking more stable pay as well as the opportunity to apply my creativity to other industries, I started a publishing business specializing in pre-1920 illustrated books. It was a simple idea, but it would launch a long, rewarding career in creative entrepreneurship.Always seeking ways to better myself and to apply my passions as broadly and diversely as possible, I have gained quite a few skills along the way. For six years I was a member of Toastmasters International, where I learned public speaking and leadership skills, and I also co-authored two books (now out of print). I plan to write and publish other books in the not-too-distant future.Currently, I run a boutique commercial art and animation studio called Rectangle Creative.
