I've also taken roles hands on roles throughout the technology stack - InfoSec, IT Operations, Infrastructure and Engineering - enabling to be a player/coach in the teams I grow.Whilst my background is engineering, and I consider myself an engineer first, the toughest problems tend to be at layer 8.
