- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s mission and long-term strategy. - Administer major personnel, internal and external programs, policy and procedure development- Manage and coordinate SAF’s internal projects and events- Oversee and coordinate SAF’s monthly funding cycle- Organize the recruitment, orientation, and general functioning of the Board of Directors including monthly meetings and committee work- Lead the development of HR and Governance policies and procedures- Develop effective internal controls and management systems for the day-to-day operations of the fund- Serve as the chief spokesperson for the organization and ensure proper representation of its various constituencies.- Represent the organization by participating in key associations, hubs, and advisory groups- Participate in committees of the Sustainability Governance Framework to integrate sustainability in the university’s operations, research, teaching and engagement strategies- Establish and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with the university administration, faculty members, policymakers, media, and professional/community organizations involved in sustainability. - Act as a mentor for various groups coordinating sustainability projects at Concordia

-Train referees using FIFA-sanctioned workshops.-Manage and schedule team of 10 referees across four leagues.-Administer league disciplinary action, consulting with Recreation Coordinator to ensure fair and timely decisions.-Officiate competitive and recreational games.-Maintain quality control of leagues, making yearly modifications, promoting teams, and strictly enforcing fair play.

-Develop the internal policies of the organization-Liaise with working groups and providing administrative support-Help to develop credited student internship positions that carry out the CFC's mandate through its projects and educational engagement.The CFC aims to create a sustainable, just, and community-centered food system at Concordia University with a vision to collaborate with organizations on campus and beyond.

-Conduct extensive research on topics including: green building, building retrofit programs, energy efficiency certification, urban planning, urban climate change initiatives, public/private partnerships, smallholder farmer promotion, urban agriculture, organic waste management, and sustainable food systems.-Member recruitment in the public and private sector.-Draft minutes and summaries for high-level meetings and convenings from the Annual Meeting and on a day-to-day basis.- Compose briefs of current and past member commitments to action including potential future partnerships using Raiser's Edge database.-Participate in meetings regarding Calls to Action, maintaining positive relationships with current members while developing new partnerships.

-Fundraiser for various organizations, including UNICEF, Canadian Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, Liberal Party of Canada, World Wildlife Fund, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and The Sunnybrook Foundation-Participated in weekly staff and content meetings, offering input for improvement and higher efficiency in workplace.-Partook in coaching sessions to share best fundraising practices and techniques.
