Graduate of the Faculty of Marketing at the Kraków University of Economics. Experienced event manager and executive director. He has been working in the events’ sector for over 20 years, with over 1000 events organised in Poland and internationally, including more than a hundred mass events. His wealth of experience means he is equally comfortable running cultural events, including festivals, performances, TV productions, mass events and concerts, and commercial productions including conferences, congresses and corporate and promotional events. He specialises in end-to-end production and event team management, often acting as project director. His focus is on technology, logistics, security and image.He eagerly ventures into complicated and challenging projects, both in terms of the scale (as in the case of the World Youth Days 2016, where he acted as an advisor to the Organising Committee and author of the organisation plan for the main WYD event for 3 million participants) and location (e.g. the first rounds of the Sacrum Profanum and Musical “21” festivals, which were held in disused steel-works buildings).He started his career in the late 1990s at MAR Galicja. During the years 1999-2002, he worked as a Brand Manager for the Oknoplast brand. Between 2002 and 2007, he was Deputy Director for Event Organization at the Kraków Festival Office responsible for budgeting and managing all projects, contributing to a huge success of some of Poland’s largest cultural events. Among them were such brands as Sacrum Profanum and Misteria Paschalia, as well as a number of mass events, including Midsummer Night’s Eve Concerts in Kraków, Papal visits attracting 1.5 million participants, and live New Year’s Eve event broadcasts by TVP, TVN and Polsat. Between 2005 and 2020, he was a co-owner of the Kraków event-factory agency, one of the leading producer agencies in Poland behind spectacular projects and recipient of a number of awards and distinctions, acting for the leading Polish and foreign brands and institutions. Since 2021 he has been Deputy Director in KTO Theatre in Kraków, responsible for organization and operations. In 2017, he was nominated for the most prestigious Polish industry award, namely the MP Power Award, in the category “Experts and personalities of the event sector – event agency representative”.
