Responsible for the Footlocker & Runners Point (Tredex GmbH) E-Commerce divisions, following the merger of Runners Point Group with Footlocker B.V. • Strategy-Lead to further develop the digital business of Footlocker Europe (post-merger)• Heading the digital marketing, merchandising and customer experience teams • Pushing digital European expansion of the Footlocker, Sidestep, Runners Point and SP24 brands; global departmental knowledge sharing with Footlocker.com in the US • Main projects: merger & post merger integration of Footlocker/Runners Point, relaunch Runners Point online shop, relaunch of Footlocker’s responsive site in 9 countries (start in June 2015), restructuring of digital marketing, new incorporation of a customer experience department.• Full P&L responsibility

2009 witnessed the takeover of 75% of Tredex GmbH by Runners Point. Tredex GmbH thereby effectively became the digital unit of Runners Point.• Revenue fiscal year 2013: 30 million Euro, 105 employees• Main responsibilities: Expansion, founding of digital marketing, logistics-integration with Runners Point, relaunch of the Runners Point und Sidestep online shops, expansion of SP24.com as an online outlet platform, growing own brands including key processes such as sourcing and production in Hong Kong / China
