I have served as a research associate in various research projects (KUBAS, SiK, ILAS) focused on advancing disaster mitigation from various perspectives. My Ph.D. research focused on the development, implementation, and evaluation of an information system for predicting the spontaneous volunteer influx at operating sites.I have a strong emphasis on practical application in my research and have experience in managing stakeholders (users).During my tenure as a research associate, I have instructed students and delivered courses, supervised working students, and applied for government-funded research projects.My course offerings include (but are not limited to) IT governance, business process management, strategic information management, agent-based simulation, surveys, and disaster management. I have consistently received positive evaluations from my students for my classes and teaching in general (as per university course evaluations).

In my freelance capacity, I have advised companies and startups on a diverse array of IT-related issues. I have executed a wide range of software engineering projects, including web design and development, mobile app development, and the development of information systems (front-end and back-end). Through self-employment, I have developed a client base that regularly seeks my expertise on IT-related matters. Additionally, I have honed my skills in building and maintaining customer relationships, and in promoting and selling software solutions and services.

We conducted a market analysis and executed a prototypical implementation to automate the security assessment (BSI, ISO 27001) within the context of IT risk management.

I have organized, designed, and executed an advertising billboard campaign for Stadtmarketing Halle GmbH and Halloren Schokoladenfabrik AG, effectively communicating the company's principles and goals through the medium of a billboard.
