Sebastiano Garufi is an attorney at law admitted to all Italian and Swiss courts. He has a long-time experience in advising on Italian, Swiss, European and international corporate and tax issues, including incorporation of entities and branches, corporate restructuring and migration, intra-group transactions, exchange of information, voluntary disclosure procedures, VAT, tax litigation, succession planning, inheritance and gift taxation. He is member of the Business Italy-Switzerland Team.

Sebastiano mainly deals with Italian, Swiss and international corporate tax issues, involving both income and indirect taxes. His main areas of advice regard corporate income taxation, business restructuring and passive income payments. He has experience on trust, M&A, expatriate taxation and exchange of information for tax purposes.
