I lead the development and delivery of the mapping of institutional stakeholders and profiling of industry experts to engage them in one-on-one interviews, focus groups and surveys, to gather insights for the development of new partnership models (flat-fee model). I designed tailored programmes that emphasised the unique nature and ambitions of the partner, rolled-out ground-breaking actions and staged them at large-scale events. Established brand new partnerships with Lavazza, Triennale Milano, Google Arts&Culture and the Italy’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Development.Fostered collaborations leading to full partnership with the Qatari Fund for Development, Bosch, BMW and Mercator Foundation.Designed, implemented, monitored and reported global communication and advocacy campaigns on sustainability: SDG Action Awards, #TurnItAround, #Act4SDGs, #ForPeopleAndPlanet and #FliptheScript.Organised global events: the SDG Global Festival of Action, the SDG Action Zone at the UN General Assembly and the UN 75 programme.Supported UNFCCC and UNICEF with the organisation of the Youth COP26 summit and UNDP with an awareness-raising campaign during the Food System pre-Summit.

I led the work to secure funds from EU funding programmes, devising impactful frameworks, networking and building relationships with strategic players, leading the identification of partners and the partnership conversion process, representing the City in international meetings and conferences.Secured funding from the Italian Government, Lombardy’s Regional Government and several private sponsors for the total sum of ca. €800K, to organise and deliver in Mantova, FAO’s I World Forum on Urban Forests. 700 participants from 70 countries, including government representatives, Mayors, academics, students, grassroots organisations and practitioners, participated in a week-long series of events held in 10 different venues in and around the city of Mantova.Leading the partnership with Google Arts&Culture to launch Italy’s biggest open digital museum, with full use of Google’s latest technology and PR office at no cost for the City. 18 museums and 11 private collectors involved, with more than 1500 artworks digitised and organised in 40 virtual exhibitions.Coordinating Horizon2020 project partnership consortia on sustainability funded for ca. €30M, with 54 partners from academia, civil society, private sector and local government.

Manager of the successful political campaign for Mattia Palazzi to become Mayor of Mantova. Devised the communication strategy, conducted research for the platform, supervised the logistics. Supervised the work of ca 150 volunteers.

Within a larger project spanning over several European countries, analyzing the evolution of job market through the study of job ads on free press from 1960 to 2010, I was responsible for work regarding the UK. I conducted quantitative research on the most diffused free press in Britain using primary sources in archives and libraries; then I devised a code to classify the different ads and finally conducted a qualitative analysis of some of the most representative samples for each category identified. I worked in coordination with Berlin, where the work coming from the other countries was collected, in order to have coherent data and consistent analysis.
