Global Partnerships OfficerComune Di Mantova Oct 2015 - Dec 2019Mantova Area, ItalyI led the work to secure funds from EU funding programmes, devising impactful frameworks, networking and building relationships with strategic players, leading the identification of partners and the partnership conversion process, representing the City in international meetings and conferences.Secured funding from the Italian Government, Lombardy’s Regional Government and several private sponsors for the total sum of ca. €800K, to organise and deliver in Mantova, FAO’s I World Forum on Urban Forests. 700 participants from 70 countries, including government representatives, Mayors, academics, students, grassroots organisations and practitioners, participated in a week-long series of events held in 10 different venues in and around the city of Mantova.Leading the partnership with Google Arts&Culture to launch Italy’s biggest open digital museum, with full use of Google’s latest technology and PR office at no cost for the City. 18 museums and 11 private collectors involved, with more than 1500 artworks digitised and organised in 40 virtual exhibitions.Coordinating Horizon2020 project partnership consortia on sustainability funded for ca. €30M, with 54 partners from academia, civil society, private sector and local government. -

I conducted quantitative research on the most diffused free press in Britain using primary sources in archives and libraries; then I devised a code to classify the different ads and finally conducted a qualitative analysis of some of the most representative samples for each category identified. I worked in coordination with Berlin, where the work coming from the other countries was collected, in order to have coherent data and consistent analysis. -
