As Director of Grappi, I’ve centred my responsibilities in three main areas: business expansion, script development and team management.Business expansion:Competition in my field is fierce which is why, since its founding, I have always sought to develop new strategies to develop and expand Grappi. This has included managing and polishing our marketing approaches through the use of Google Ads and Analytics, as well as acquiring new clients through several campaigns tailor-made towards specific sectors. I am also the lead negotiator in all our business ventures.Script Development:I have had the privilege of working with an array of institutions, including academia, multinationals, television channels, financial institutions and also entrepreneurs. This has helped me understand very different needs and objectives, which I always try to incorporate in my scripts. Some of my clients include: Porsche Volwswagen, Sony Interactive, the Chilean Mining council, Mitsui, Bureau Veritas and Uber to name a few.Most of my work has required me to help these companies understand their target audience and collaboratively find the right tone and language for their projects and goals.Team Management:I lead a highly-skilled, multidisciplinary team of designers, illustrators, camera professionals and [ poner más] which are amongst the best in their field.Likewise, Grappi works with several universities, receiving students for their final interniship.As head of Grappi, I oversee all management issues, including hiring policies, internal work policies and constantly make sure that my company I up-to-date with existing regulation and protocol.
