I have a degree in Economics, with a master's degree in Information Technology Management and specialization in processes, strategy and other aspects related to organizational design and decision-making, mainly in the field of public policies. I have been a consultant in strategic and operations management for 15 years, with a focus on the management of organizational strategy and its associated decision-making processes, the analysis of value chains and the reengineering and digitization of processes. At a national and international level, I have led and collaborated in project teams for strategic planning, implementation of information systems with a focus on decision-making, public policy management, and organizational redesign. I carry out my work providing direct advice to clients from the public and private sectors and international organizations (United Nations, Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank and International Labour Organization), or as a consultant for firms of national and international relevance (such as KPMG, ITC S.A., Parent-ATS, Imagina S.A.). Likewise, I am a professor at the level of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, in topics related to business processes management, information technologies and organizational design and corporative strategy.
