As a Litigation Assistant at the law offices of Morgan & Morgan I have the privilege of leading the drafting and editing of litigation complaint packages, which are then utilized to open new cases through the Florida Courts. Additionally, I am solely responsible for the daily maintenance of the leading attorney’s yearly calendar and activities, ensuring that dozens of appointments are met a weekLastly, I have had the pleasure of being able to independently organize a comprehensive training manual for incoming litigation assistants to utilize which has the potential to increase retention and productivity in-house, while decreasing time to train, which I hope to have fully done within my first year in the office.
