Any issue is immediately assessed and reported to the relevant user community.Manage and maintain level one IT help desk, user self-help/diagnosis and solution system for both internal and external clients (Department of State, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, US Customs and Border Protection, and many more organizations throughout the DHS) by analyzing requests for passport applications issues, foreign embassy emergencies and national crisis event management through various statistical and reporting methods.Train, coach and mentor the team on operational procedures, troubleshooting techniques, new technologies, and career development.
