As head of the quality management team, I have the objective of promoting continuous improvement, keeping internal procedures updated and keeping track of metrics. My role also implies evaluating satisfaction of the interested parties and controlling the documentation pertinent to each area. As a Graphic Designer, I started working on the brand identity of the company, by creating the institutional image, its stationery, website and brochures.
