Leading a staff team of 7 editors and 2 composers, we delivered high-quality content for various platforms, including TV shows, large-scale arena events, and local churches worldwide. My responsibilities included ensuring creative consistency, managing deadlines, and fostering collaboration within the team to produce impactful media that reached diverse audiences across the globe.

Immediately after graduating, I began my career as an editor, initially collaborating with senior editors and creative directors now recognized for their significant achievements. As I progressed into more senior editing roles, I took on greater responsibility, driving projects independently from concept to completion. My role included planning and executing shoots, often in diverse, international locations across nearly every continent. This hands-on experience sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, manage logistical challenges, and deliver high-quality content across various mediums.

While pursuing my college studies, I contracted with the Hillsong Church Film and TV department, managing critical file workflows for remote locations. My role involved overseeing the timely distribution of playback files, multiple times per week, in various formats to support global operations. Additionally, I led the digitization of thousands of analogue and digital tapes, creating a fully digital catalog to ensure easy, future access. This work improved the efficiency of content distribution and archival processes, supporting the long-term sustainability of the department's media assets.
