-Assess and evaluate clients goals, current fitness status, and lifestyle.-Design an exercise routine, and together with the client determine appropriate lifestyle changes related to Movement, Nutrition, and Regeneration. -Coach clients through everyday challenges to behavior change. -Reassess and evaluate results. -Mentoring newly hired trainers.-Take part in and lead in-house education for the staff.

-Teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.-In charge of developing the local curriculum, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA), so that they lined up with the guidelines from The Swedish Department of Education.-In charge of the students educational development, by overseeing and taking part of 1-on-1-teaching, as well as teaching in a group setting. -Oversee, and evaluate the progress with the students individual educational plan. -Lead team meetings between the students parents, ABA-trainers, and personal assistants. -Main responsibility for communication between the school, and the students parents. -Oversee and support the ABA-trainers in educational matters.

-2005-2010, preschool through secondary school, substituting teacher, all subjects. -2004-2005, Teacher Assistant 6th, and 7th grade.

-Plan for, and teach Religion for 8th, and 9th grade students.-Evaluate and grade the students progress.
