Recommendations are then given to management, allowing for the delivery of incremental revenue and cost reductions;• Supporting the business in budgeting, ensuring that this aligns with overall company targets;• Monitoring, analysing and reviewing the variances of current spending against budget, and combining this with the forecasted spend to identify risks and suggest for improvement and corrective action to Department Heads, VPs and SVPs;• Reviewing and developing business processes to improve the accounting of costs and fostered better relationship between business units and Finance as a whole.
