As the Commercial Director of SABA, a family-owned producer of frozen meat founded in 1997, I have over 10 years of experience in managing operations, sales, and international trade. I am responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the company which include the production of up to 30 tonnes of frozen product per day, developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers across Europe, Asia, and Africa.I have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as in business and Chinese language, from my studies at Warsaw School of Economics, Peking University HSBC Business School, and Singapore Management University. I hold multiple certifications in English, German, and business communication, which enable me to communicate effectively and confidently in different markets and cultures. I have also published two academic papers on international trade rules and financial technologies, demonstrating my research and analytical skills. My mission is to grow SABA's market share and reputation as a reliable and quality-oriented food supplier, while upholding the highest standards of food safety and environmental sustainability.
