CurrentAs a Data Center Technician, I focus on delivering exceptional technical support by completing installations, testing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues within DataBank's infrastructure. I monitor data center systems, resolve technical alarms, and escalate complex issues to engineering teams when necessary. I ensure the security and operational efficiency of the facility by conducting physical security walkthroughs, managing access for customers and third-party vendors, and maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.Additionally, I assist in coordinating and supporting vendor maintenance activities, enforce DataBank's cabling standards, and ensure all systems are compliant with regulatory requirements. I collaborate with internal teams to support customer audits, facility expansions, and other technical projects, ensuring the data center is always operating at peak efficiency and meeting customer needs.
