It sharpened my work focus into time-to-market, and opened an appetite for risks, failures acceptance and iterations.- And finally, because I am very proud of the product we designed and raised to life in the streets of several cities ! Along this adventure, I defined the detailed architecture of the solution (Firmware and Hardware) to be fully communicant and upgradeable. This allows now a wide range of possible features to help operation and improve user experience. All this is upgradeable OTA (Over the Air) allowing continuous improvement of all the components of the system from station power management to eBike propulsion characteristics.I lead the firmware and electronic team to :- Design- Industrialize- Ensure quality and get the system certified- Support deployment and operation of the newly developed system.Overall a great success with 10k+ eBike charging points delivered to Barcelona (Bicing) on time and fully operational.
