As managing partner of BS LLC, I translate client goals into predictable achievements. Born in Kentucky, I pursued my passion for understanding diverse cultures and business dynamics, studying Linguistics & International Relations before earning an MBA from ESCP Business School. Entranced by Job Theory, I later pursued studies in Disruptive Theory with Clayton Christensen with Harvard Business School.My journey has been marked by culinary and business experiences. While in school, I spent nights and weekends working in inspired kitchens in Chicago and Paris, including Taillevant, Lasserre, Charlie Trotters, Blackbird Restaurant, Le Francais, and L’Escargot Montorgueil. Experiences that helped to solidify a pursuit of science and creativity. After international experience in technology and business consulting, I served as the marketing director at Boca Restaurant Group. There, I played a role in the company's expansion from 50 to 650 employees and a multi-city footprint. This role involved leading culinary innovations, developing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies, and helping the team to achieve national and local acclaim. In 2014, I co-founded BS LLC with my longtime friend Ben Greenberg. At BS LLC, I oversee creative direction and strategy, driving business growth through innovative branding, strategic planning, marketing, and digital solutions. Our team specializes in helping brands undergoing transition or evolution, helping to discover and refine their market position and build systems that stimulate growth, attract talent, and improve culture. We have completed projects for hundreds of clients, including high-profile names like Kroger, Warner Music, Rhinegeist Brewery, Hershey's, and New Balance. Outside of work, I’m grateful to serve as a board member at the Cincinnati Opera and the Cincinnati Memorial Hall Society.
