Key accountabilities/Responsibilities:- Lead the creative development (=planning, brainstorming, production, scheduling, briefing) of marketing materials for direct marketing efforts, working with both internal and external resources- Develop and execute both retention and trigger based campaigns driving (end)customer engagement- Drive contact data quality improvement initiatives and continuously drive the regional marketing teams towards meeting related KPI's- Work with IS teams to refine systems and infrastructure to support (new) campaignsSubject matter expert at F-M MP on creative design for email and other direct marketing materials, contributing this expertise throughout the company as needed- Subject matter expert on A/B and MVT methodologies- Responsible to internalize/optimize external operational aspects- Implement loyalty project(s) and support related idea generation- Participate in project brainstorms for all products and test new ideas on an ongoing basis- Define, monitor and report results and overall analysis for (multi channel) campaigns
