Before diving into the start-up world, Sebastien built his career leading large-scale transformation projects, first with top consulting firms and later within global organizations. His experience spans green field projects, turnarounds, and complex reorganizations. A dual citizen of France and the U.S., Sebastien has lived, studied, and worked extensively in both countries.
