I represent France Immersive Learning within the federation of the French XR stakeholders

* Management of the Doctoral College (23 doctoral schools)* Management of the College's adminsitrative teams (~35 FTEs)* Preparation and monitoring of the budget (~1M€)* Supporting staff after the merger of Pierre et Marie Curie University and Paris-Sorbonne University* Implementation of tools to assist in piloting and decision making* Design, formalisation and optimisation of procedures* Participation in the design of the University's doctoral policy* Design, analysis and promotion of surveys on the professional future and skills of PhDs* Implementation of doctoral reforms (gap year, monitoring committees, management of the pandemic...)* Representation of the institution and participation in national and international networks and forums (National Network of Doctoral Colleges - RNCD, European University Association Council for Doctoral Education - EUA-CDE, PRIDE Network - Professionals in Doctoral Education, Vitae)* Redesign of the training offer for doctoral candidates and supervisors

* International development of Ecole Polytechnique in South America, Africa, Middle East, India, South-East Asia, Poland & Australia - opening of examination centres for the engineering programme in Dakar, Abidjan and Tehran - development of human and military training internships (Brazil, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Lebanon, Poland, Cambodia, Vietnam and Singapore) - creation of offshore training courses - training of trainers for CPGE teachers (Morocco, Senegal, Lebanon and Ivory Coast) - follow up and management of double degree programmes - promotion of laboratories and training programmes - representation and promotion of the institution at a high level* Assessment of international students' applications at master's level* Development and follow up of programmes with the EIT InnoEnergy and EIT Climate-KIC* Management of several scholarships programmes for international students (~1M€)* Head of the International Student Services Office (3 FTEs)

* Achievement of R&D Tax Credit consulting services for SME’s including leading client interviews to identify eligible activities / expenditures and performing tax credit calculations / claims* Engineering of FUI & FEDER projects
