This exciting and versatile dual function allowed me to follow many projects from conception to construction.The description of these two functions would be:Quantity Surveyor / Estimator:- Realization of the quantity surveys and making up budgets for the construction projects and interior design. - Visit of the construction sites to survey in accordance with our customers. - Creation of the price schedules / technical specifications.- Meeting with external partners for some specific projects. - Presentation and defending the proposals.- Passing through all the required information on won projects towards the other Project Managers. - Strategic surveillance of the competitors. - Updating our DB with new prices, construction techniques and materials. Project Manager :- Control all the details before starting the production. - Creation of the planning for execution of the works. - Comparing prices and negotiate with our suppliers and subcontractors.- Management of purchase orders and invoicing.- Follow-up of projects. - States of progress and discount. - Establish reports of the meetings. - Discounts and reception of works.
