Part M management: - Authorities audit follow up, - Aircraft delivery , continuing improvement.- CAMO for A320. - Organisation of logistic, line maintenance and engineering.

Part M management: Part M audit for the approval, CAME redaction, office organisation, CAMO for B757. Delivery, acceptance and registration of one B757 and one B747.Team Management: 10 persons.

CAMO For B757. Daily contact with the ground engineers, TBS follow up, B757 delivery, acceptance and registration.A300 Re-delivery in accordance with the contract to the LESSOR. Engine trend monitoring service set-up (PW2000 & PW4000).

Inspection, delivery and acceptance of 6 Boeing 747-400. D check workpackage preparation i.a.w. European obligations.D check follow up with MRO (KLM, KAL, SIAEC).Engine shop visit follow-up (UAL, SRTechnics, ESA).Team Management: 8 persons.

ICA follow-up, A, C and D check follow up. AD’s / SB’s follow up, update and study.Engineering department set-up for Part M conformity (A310 and A320).Technical coordinator on line station (A320).
