As a System Architect, I am responsible for designing, planning and implementing complex projects with specializations in Microsoft technologies, VMware virtualization, infrastructure revision and renewal. For our key customers, I deliver complete technical solutions considering all hardware, software and licensing aspects. - Chief consultant for customers like MEDUSA, E.TR., ESATRI & SESIT (BANCA INTESA group), I manage and maintain over 220 servers and cluster systems and 2500 domain user accounts and workstations distributed in almost 100 sites (Offices, tax collection points, Multiplex Cinemas…). I manage related applications and services such as clustered Oracle databases, ticketing systems, Active Directory Services, Backups, antivirus & security, proxy servers… I propose logical and physical infrastructure changes and reorganization to increase systems availability, optimize operations and correct previous inconsistencies. I design and implement complete IT infrastructure solution for a centralized support center operating on those clients using Clustered SQL database, service publishing through reverse proxying and firewalled access.- Technical supervisor, I define with the clients’ referees solutions, activities, priorities and strategies and I plan, organize and actively participate in their implementations. I redact and present periodic activity reports. - Team leader and service coordinator, I coordinate an IT system administrators and engineers support and project group to respect Service Level Agreements and deliveries.

I was part of the Microsoft Application Support Team in H3G. The team was in charge for delivering 24x7 problem management to the Microsoft infrastructure (350+ servers) dedicated to employees and dealers in H3G Italy (5000+ workstations, 14 sites, 1000+ shops).

CoreCom is a research consortium from Pirelli Cables and Systems and Politecnico di Milano for optical lightwave processing and switching.I am part of the Diffractive and Ultrafast Optics lab.

Internship in the Photonics Components Unit of OPTO+ (joint venture between ALCATEL CIT Marcoussis and FRANCE TELECOM).I set-up a test bench, measure prototype optical systems and generate statistical validation of the process.I write an internship report: "1.55µm Silicium based isolating coupling systems evaluation for WDM optical telecomunications."
