Mercure Sohar - ibis Muscatinitially appointed as General Manager for the ibis Muscat to manage the entire property in terms of commercial strategy, revenue management and all operational requirements. Focused to to regain the owner’s trust after successful first year achieving KPIsPromoted to Cluster General Manager to lead the pre-opening and opening team of the Mercure Sohar located 200kms away from the ibis Muscat. Implemented all tasks lists, procurement, recrutement, standards and procedures for the property.

ibis Al BarshaStarted as Director of Food & Beverage during the pre-opening and was promoted to Hotel Manager after 1 year of operation. The position was to assist the General Manager in the operational aspect being in charge of F&B, room division, revenue management & guest experience with financial responsibilities during budget preparation and P&L reviews.I was part of the commercial committee leading the digital transformation for the property along with Cluster Executives.

Strong background in the Food & Beverage field with positions as Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef in Europe (France, Corsica Island, Switzerland), Middle East & Africa (Dubai, Bahrain, Sudan), Asia in Vietnam and the Indian Ocean in Mauritius Island & Seychelles Island.Worked for both private and group of companies (Hilton, Accor, Movenpick, Beachcomber)
