My work as a System Engineer, covers a wide range of IT tasks:o Working with Ticketing System on an everyday basis.o Troubleshooting PC hardware.o Troubleshooting different kind of software issues.o Working with several Windows, Linux and MacOS distributions.o Working with command prompt.o Giving local and remote assistance support to users and explaining the issue in a clear way for them to understand what happened.o Creating manuals and documentation for Users and for Deskside Support Training Material. o Fixing issues related SCCM and Configuration Manager.o Working with Active Directory.o Working with Remote Desktop.o Troubleshooting Access Points regarding Networking issues.o Receiving distributor staffs on site and guiding them in order to do some part/PC replacement in which we need a new part from the distributor.o Doing several housekeeping tasks and helping to keep the IT support office well-structured and organized.

I work analyzing, diagnosing and testing the hosts with failures, doing troubleshooting and creating reports about the hardware and functionality of the server and networking devices inside the Datacenter. Troubleshooting and replacing server components such as Motherboards, CPU, DIMMs, Network Interface Controllers, media storage devices, GPUs, PSU, PDB and PCI controllers.Troubleshooting and escalation of network related issues, replacement and maintenance of devices such as fiber cables and optics. Testing them through Loop Back Tests, checking the good condition of every part. Datacenter infrastructure integrity overview, conservation and maintenance in addition to housekeeping tasks. I had the opportunity to show what I have learnt to some of the new hires in the company, showing them the procedure for replacement of parts, troubleshooting host in minimum configuration, task tracking, prioritization and escalation procedures of hardware, sharing best practices, knowledge and experiences, constantly striving for the highest standards and safest practices. Company engagement by working in designated or own projects, assisting to community events and improvement ideas.

As an RPA developer I started working with "Automation Anywhere", creating several automations in order to extract information from semi and unstructured data (mostly for Invoice Processing). I used "IQ Bot" feature among the main code that I created in "Automation Anywhere" to train the automation on the process of data extraction. This projects were mostly for external clientsAfter some months I started using "Blue Prism", and working on projects for different clients. Most of them were related to bank process. I worked on the creation of several automations such as automated e-mails with bank promotions Automation of complex processes that the clients used to do manually everyday, making the automation process work with different external applications (such as client's local applications, the whole office package, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and different web browsers)Automatizing all the calculating balance processes, and leaving all the results on different kind of reports in order to make an easy access for the clients to those results Delivering this automated solutions, we were saving several client's working hours, freeing them of those monotony tasks so they can focus on much more dynamic onesI worked hand to hand with the clients, having weekly meetings with them to check that the work done is perfectly aligned with the client desires, in order to get the best performance and results. I took 2 certification exams which I passed proving the learned knowledge - Blue Prism Certified Developer - Blue Prism Certified Solution DesignerI also was on charge of the development of some processes in which I had 2 new hired coworkers in my charge, guiding them from the design of the solution, and leading through the development process, delegating tasks to them, taking the necessary time for showing them how to learn the best practices and the correct way to think the solution, and finally reaching on time to the delivery date with the client.

I was working with different Databases, migrating more than 500 queries from SQL to PL-SQL, using IBM InfoSphere Datastage and QualityStage.Also I created an automation process to work submitting automaticaly all the new migrated queries on IBM Infosphere Datastage.

I started working as a tester dev. I used to do the maintenance of the software that was already built, as for example, finding and fixing bugs in Web Pages built in with Java, or also PC maintenance inside the company.

Since I got my degree in Electronics in 2008, I started working as a freelancer in the building and repairing of any kind of PCs.I used to do all the building from zero of the PC that the client asks me for, or repairing/improving something in hardware or software that they might need.
