Strategic role for relationship management between the platform leadership, chapter leadership, the Chevron procurement team, and the staff augmentation and Managed Service suppliers that provide the services. The role is expected to be the voice of the customer, the platforms and chapter leaders, ensuring vendor performance against contractual commitments. The role maintains supplier performance against Service Level Agreements. They will work with the platform and chapter leaders to bring together issues, communicate to the suppliers, and resolve them. They will hold the suppliers accountable and assess incentives for performance and penalties for under-performance. The Role will review SLAs performance and recommend changes as necessary to maintain the integrity of the relationship through the life of the contract. Additionally, the role will engage the Suppliers and Procurement to develop the annual performance plans.

Consistently deliver complex, innovative, and complete solutions, driving them through all phases of the software development lifecycle following agile principles. Develop software solutions leveraging established Chevron technology standards. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new standards and reusable components. Understand business use of data and stakeholder requirements to support work processes and strategic business objectives. Leverage data, software engineering, and data engineering techniques to create business value through data accessibility.

Responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities maximizing the value produced by the team.Heavily involved in backlog refinement and story definition, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing.

Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

Deliver reliable Application Support within service level expectations, as well as identifying and executing optimization initiatives. Push for continuous process improvement in IM operations, reducing complexities identifying shift left opportunities and driving efficiencies via exploring automation options and use of existing/emerging technologies.

Provide end-user system support across the company's global IT operations, communicating with business partner end-users to clarify service request/restoration requirements and concerns. Identify areas for risk-based decision making and ensure potential impact is understood and appropriate for the risk. Execute ITSM Incident & Change Management processes for both ERP assets (SAP & JDE) and participate in RCA investigations to completion. Understand impact and risk of changes prior to initiating Planning and Implementation steps. Ensure Management of Change process is executed fully, and only approve changes that completed fit for purpose work aligned with the potential risk and impact of the change. Proactively monitor aging, drive closure of outstanding/aging tickets down; take corrective actions and engage Team Lead as necessary.
