Julius Czar has an impressive career with a diverse range of leadership roles in the technology and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Director at Zillion Technologies Limited, he leads the company's efforts in delivering cutting-edge cloud-based applications. In addition, Julius is the founder and Chief Technology Officer at Real Estate Database (RED). He also serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Lamudi Uganda and the Chief Information Officer at Realtor Uganda. Julius is a highly experienced with over 10 years of expertise in real estate cloud technology. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing and deploying web-based solutions and applications, with a particular emphasis on the real estate industry and the eCommerce sector. His broad scope of knowledge in these areas has enabled him to make significant contributions, and he continues to seek out new opportunities to expand his skills and make a positive impact in his work.Julius is an active member of the Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA) and has a history of dedicated service to the organization. He has previously served as a board member for Information and Communications Technology (ICT), during which he successfully created a comprehensive membership database. To this day, Julius continues to assist AREA by providing ongoing support for the hosting and maintenance of AREA’s online platforms.Currently, Julius is actively engaged in exploring and researching innovative ways to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into Uganda's real estate industry. His goal is to facilitate the process of property buying for customers by enabling them to locate the ideal property easily and efficiently. By leveraging AI and ML, he aims to streamline the real estate industry in Uganda and improve the overall customer experience.Julius Czar understands that managing the largest Real Estate Database (RED) in Uganda is a significant undertaking.
