Our focus was on quality craftsmanship, sustainability through longevity, and the use of local natural materials. We were deeply involved in all aspects of the business, ranging from design, planning, and production to branding, marketing, sales, and project management. We managed a small team and the in-house production, requiring a hands-on approach and creative problem-solving to ensure high quality and efficiency across all operations.
