The MSx is a full-time Master degree program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Formerly known as the Sloan Fellows Program, the MSx is a highly competitive and intense program, designed to prepare experienced leaders for senior roles in business, government, and society.

+ Led the creation and implemented the Public-Private Cooperation Division responsible for the management of contestable funds, the Law of Social Donations, and the definition of incentives for the private sector to provide products and services of social interest, among other activities. + Conceived and implemented Chile Cuenta, a program aimed to financially include 2.5 million citizens of underprivileged sectors, promoting the electronic payment of government benefits in formal bank accounts and financial education. Designed a subsidy to encourage adoption, built international networks to support implementation and negotiated agreements with the banking industry.+ Achieved consensus among government authorities about the importance of financial inclusion, promoting the creation of a National Agenda of Financial Inclusion and the definition of a new public body to coordinate this strategy.

+ Created the Unit of Financial Inclusion to grant access to the financial system to underprivileged sectors.+ Designed the Chile Cuenta program to facilitate and transform how government benefits are paid.

+ Transformed real estate branch from an investment manager to a developer and project manager; 7 projects developed with sales of $80M+, 5 projects in development stage. Developed a new public-private partnerships division, managing both positions simultaneously.+ Led the real estate branch and the public-private partnerships area, defining business strategies, building teams, representing the company on boards, coordinating the presentation of bidding processes for high relevance infrastructure projects such as airports, and conducting financial management.

+ Assisted the General Manager and the CFO of the Construction Company, supervising all financial operations and contracts. Led a team of 31 people. Prepared the reports for the Board, managed the Administration and Finance Department, supervised budgets and cost control systems. Led marketing area.+ The implementation of a new cost control system allowed the early detection of budget deviations, and significantly improved the reliability of the information provided to the Board. Promoted use of this system in the organization, preventing losses.

+ Directed Social Promotion Division. Supervised 20 professionals, coordinated 1,500 volunteers. Led Education, Health, Legal Advisory, Community Networks and Microcredits programs. Led first international operation in El Salvador and first mission to Haiti. + Designed, implemented national Microcredit Program in 1 year to promote entrepreneurship, also providing micro entrepreneur training program for families in shantytowns. Financed 800+ microcredits, distributing $70,000+ in resources. + Coordinated first international operation and led its implementation, then proving that the strategy and intervention model in Chile could be successfully replicated in all of Latin America. TECHO now operates in 19 countries.
