My team is dealing with medium and large-sized projects with partners like Decathlon, Libri-Bookline, Lego mentioning only the most currents. My role is to support them and transform this set of people into a well-performing team.

SafeCrossing is an innovative engineering startup focusing on pedestrian road safety. Our solution senses the people would like to cross and activates a double alerting mechanism.My role is to build up the sales, manage the development, and maintain the vision to achieve our goals.

Ultinous is a technology company focusing on deep learning and GPU based image processing to detect people their features and behaviors on video streams. Our first market-ready solution is Ultinous Retail Platform a predictive queue alerting system. My task to explore and validate business possibilities/needs. Also, I deeply understand our technologies to estimate the development cost of products to maintain our roadmaps.

As Ultinous Retail Platform became a product we started to build a professional sales team. My role was to build, coordinate and support this team, and finally handover them to the sales director.

As a COO parallel to Technical Director I was responsible for:1) Create Business Plans- harmonize business plans of departments- analyse the financial results- estimate the future changes (expenses and incomes)- create budgets2) Execute business plan- create monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis- lead monthly management meetings- cut costs if needed3) set up finacial and cost analysis processes- understand and recognizes important financial processes- create system for analysis and improve it from year to year- find problems and solutions- inspect monthly statements4) Coordinate Unicomp Brand building- new logo, and style, and future plans- new website: www.unicomp.hu- set up the Marketing department5) Control R&Đ, Services, Marketing, Projects, Network departments- weekly meetings- people and problems...6) Monitor the sales team- weekly meetings- motivate people- find and build up new approaches- recognize changes on marketsand much more :)

As a technical director I was responsible for1) set up of R&D department- create visions - create business plans, budget- specify positions- interview and hire employees- find funds (national and EU funded R&D project: see http://research.unicomp.hu)- create proposals- create templates for contacts- communicate with Universities and find cooperation possibilities- visit and present (EU wide) on conferences- coordinate the development of UCMote a WSN communication device we sold 18 countries around the world- and many more :)2) set up the "printer-fleet management" business area- find and communicate with manufactures (Xerox, Kyocera, OKI)- figure out how to support used printers- find and communicate printer and toner parts suppliers form all around the world (China, US, UK, Sweeden, Italy, Spain)- find and communicate used printer resellers in EU- arrange international shipments, custom, etc- create TCO calcualtions- create templates for contracts- find and submit proposals for tenders- develop the first version of the PrinterMaintance CRM (later on CaRMen)- introduce cost and efficiency analysis in the service team- build up an efficient country wide service-team- and many more :)3) optimize expenses of the company- vehicle, cell phone, etc contracts- filter out non-profit contracts- find and design the new premise

I was part of the NEST (Networked Embedded SystemsTechnologies: http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/projects/nest ) group. During this period we had some really exciting projects like the "Countersniper System" (http://www.isis.vanderbilt.edu/projects/countersniper) where we developed a WSN based solution using not only shockwave but N-Wave information fusing data from sensor network. My responsible was to study the physical phenomenon generated by ultrasonic projectiles. And develop codes for various task.Also I was part of the team developed TinyDT a Eclipse Ide for TinyOS

A was responsible for developing:GRATIS: (http://w3.isis.vanderbilt.edu/projects/nest/gratis) a Graphical Development Environment for TinyOS in GME

This was my first job. And I really loved to work with Geomant's founders. My task was to develop a PC based IVR using Dialogic cards in C++ environment. The working prototype was installed in Montenegro at a TV channel.
