Manage a 25-employee team from several departments (* Product Development, EDI Development, Project Management (PMO), Customer Service, Business Analysis, Implementation and HR) whose main objective was to increase the company’s profitability. Responsible for more than 200 international projects. * Product Development: Web development and integration of EDI suite to ERP (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics) and WMS.
