Amico Design Build has provided me with an excellent opportunity to work under the project "Amica At The Balmoral Club" team. This project is a fourteen(14) storey long-term care building in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada and the expected project closeout is May 2026.Currently, the project is in the pre-construction stage. We are working with the City for the permit issuance. On the other hand, trades are been awarded simultaneously with respect to their scopes to start the construction as soon as the permits are issued.
