1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.2. Identifying new business opportunities and clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.3. • Participate in Construction Team meetings and plan, implement, manage, and maintain comprehensive Health & safety programs at project site locations.• Ensure safety and environmental health requisites during construction stage.• Ensure zero accidents during the construction.• Serve as primary contact for project site incident and injury notification, investigation, and follow-up.• Organize & maintain necessary project safety documentation.• Identify the training needs, design and impart training to staff, visitor, subcontractor and workmen.• Organize campaigns, competitions other special emphasis programs to promote safety at workplace.• Educate contractors and work-force to follow safety norms standards on site.• Initiate preventive measures on safety and promote safety awareness.• Carry-out safety inspections and avert unsafe acts regularly.

• Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that health and safety regulations, legislation, policies and minimising occupational risk in the work place is followed.• Applying tools and techniques, defining local strategies and methods to initiate and/or implement change to improve business health and safety performance.• Applying and developing the existing health and safety management system controlling and limiting occupational hazards.• Assisting in achieving the Mace vision and strategy on health and safety.• Supporting in developing the health and safety competence and awareness of Mace staff and other stakeholders to achieve Safety first, going home safe and well.• Providing training, reporting and communication support and providing direct health and safety support role.• Undertaking regular inspections and risk assessments and ensuring that any hazards or defects are rectified immediately.• Performing audits/inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of designated projects.
