• Review project specifications, shop drawings, work orders, profiles & glass cutting list to ensure that fabrication and installation meet project specifications and requirements.• Implementation, verification and amendment of Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015.• Creating Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP) for factory QA/QC Inspection and testing with respect to International Manufacturing Standards.• Fit-up and visual welding inspection of structural joints and welds.• Responsible for preparation of monthly presentation representing summary of quality performance of supplier & factory and submit a report/record to Operations Manager.• Responsible for the In-process inspection of unitized curtain wall panel assembly in different stages / process of production:1. In-coming material Inspection.2. Cutting/machining process.3. Main Frame assembly.4. Glass Setting & Bonding.5. Final assembly (Before Dispatch). • Responsible for supplier audit when required to solve and initiate corrective and preventive actions regarding quality issues and material defects.• Raising of Non Conformance Report (NCR) to concern dept. / supplier when defected materials has been arise.

• Performs inspection of incoming, in process, & finished material according to well defined criteria using mechanical or electric instruments.• Coordinate with the client to carry out inspection with approved drawing & specification.• Check elevation drawings, detailed section of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, glass bonding, Steel structures & cladding sheets of projects.• Prepare methods of statement, ITP, material inspection approval request. • Accurately documented the results of inspections& checking’s.• Randomly checking of factory in process & finished products. • Report all non conformances for resolution.• Coordinating with suppliers to confirm product quality as per requirement• Monitors critical equipments & instruments to ensure proper operation & calibration.• Collect all essential documents such as MTC, Test Certificates for received material for MIR & material submittals.• Evaluate quality problems & make initial recommendations for the possible corrective actions.• Maintain records of inspections & prepare list of defects, interact with department to ensure compliance with the specifications.• Performs review of device history records & other documentation for the compliance to established procedures & good document practices.

• Raw material inspection with respect to Technical Specification requirements.• Responsible for Carrying out in-process inspection by interpreting with fabrication drawings.• Reviewing material mill test report with respect to ASME Section II A code requirements.• Preparation of welding catalogue and weld map for new launched projects.• Responsible for preparation of Manufacturer Data Report for Code Vessels & NB Registration.• Co-ordinated for continuous improvement and waste management projects which adds value to the fabrication process.• Responsible for preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) for welding process(SAW & GTAW) • Responsible for Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) & Welding Operator Performance Qualification (WOPQ) with respect to ASME • Responsible for preparation of monthly presentation by representing welding defects and non-conformities observed during inspection along with preventive and corrective action for the non-conformity.
