• Overall responsibility for retail sales and channel sales management, Deployment of sales strategies and business development across major independent retailers and power retailers.• Effective usage of sales potential in achieving sales goals, Analyzing the sales trend in comparison with the previous Month/Quarter and identifying new business opportunities to expand the business.• Attending weekly meetings with the Sales Director & Unit Manager to ensure the smooth working of the business.• Monitoring the frequency of Sell-in vs Sell-out trends and other marketing activities.• Monitoring the administrative process of finance accounts for major clients.• Implementing and enhancing brand image exercises for tactical advantage against competition to keep over premium market share.• Implementing world-class front end execution practices in the market.• Discussing sales achievements with Store managers, Sales supervisors, staffs/promoters and resolve issues impeding the sales flow.• Responsible for product knowledge and training of all the promoters & staffs through the regular monthly trainings and market visits.• Keeping track of all competition in terms of their Product sales, Market activities, Promotions and escalating the same to the management on regular basis.

• Coordinate sales activities between suppliers and the retail management. • Process sales order and coordinate with Suppliers and key clients.• Document and analyze result of each retail promotion, competitor retail promotion and price survey in store.• Research competitor products and sales programs accordingly.• Prepare and maintain several reports including business review by categories for each brand and sales analyst report.• Helping customers/clients with general promotions in store and all store products.• Attend to customer queries, complaints, suggestions, and requests by providing feedback to Retail Manager• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key players inside and outside the company.• Attending meetings and convincing clients for overall business growth.• Working strategically to increase market awareness and use of company’s products.
