In my present role, I'm primarily involved in audits of Mutual funds and Hedge funds with some exposure to Private Equity clients. My role includes the following ●Coordinate and plan audits of wealth and asset management organizations based out of the United States.●Develop and adjust audit plans based on risk assessment of the client/ audit areas.●Review audit workpapers & supervise conduct of analytical substantive testing by staff.●Conduct meetings with onshore team members and client personnel to resolve complex accounting issues/ audit findings.●Supervise, train, evaluate and provide feedback to junior staff for the smooth conduct of the audit in a timely manner & to assist in their future development.

Wealth and Asset Management (America) ●Entrusted with responsibilities to perform as part of the audit team, first year independent external audit of a large hedge fund based in the US.●Involved in coordination with the EY US team & Clients to understand, evaluate and perform routine substantive and controls-based audit testing for Financial statements.●Efficiently and effectively document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives and planned audit approach.●Prepared high impact workpapers required for substantive testing procedures for the successful completion of audit.

●Involved in Statutory audits of small and medium sized enterprises.●Preparation of detailed financial statements as per relevant accounting standards.●Reconciliation of books of accounts.●Took lead in compliance with GST and Income tax for various clients.●Communication and coordination with clients and various third parties for efficient and effective completion of Audit.
