I was a sales associate from October 2017- to May 2018. May 2018-May 2019 Lead cashier, and May 2019- Present Staffing supervisor. Focus is primarily customer service; making sure the customer leaves with what they came for and are hap- pier then when they entered the store. 

• Various tasks: Selling/Customer service on the sales floor, cashier, fitting rooms, stocking and restocking, shipment incoming and outgoing orders. 

• As lead cashier there are various tasks at the registers to focus on. Such as: examining returns and making sure everything is being refunded or exchanged properly. Damaging out damaged items and making skus. 
• As staffing supervisor I create the weekly schedule for my associates. I also spend a decent amount of time being the Leader On Duty managing the floor, making sure we are making our daily goals, that our associates are properly zoned and that we are giving the best customer service that we can provide. Counting registers to drop the nightly deposit.

Watering, maintaining, fertilizing, up-potting, dividing annual and perennial plants. Seeding, cloning, pricking plants. pruning and cleaning up anything necessary to keep up with the maintenance of 3 greenhouses and from spring to fall outside perennials and shrubs. Moving shrubs, soil, and plant deliveries. On-site landscaping for the greenhouse area as well.

• Various tasks: opening and closing procedures, stocking/restocking, product inventory, customer service, educating about CBD, and sales.

I was an intern for US Hemp Care as a trimmer after completing my studies at Northeastern institute of Cannabis. The grow took place on Uconn's property in Storrs. I cut down hemp plants, trimmed down buds, and colas to get ready for the drying process and product production.

Individually trained to operate rides requiring testing to obtain certification in order to operate each attraction. 

• Operated major rides and kiddies rides for the Spring-Fall seasons. 
 
• As an operator, safety and efficiency is extremely important, making sure all the guests are safe, not in any 
restricted areas, and having a good time.
